We deliver nationwide across South Africa with reliable courier shipping and tracking. Below you’ll find dispatch times, delivery expectations, and what to do if you need help.
Dispatch time
Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 1 working day after payment confirmation. Dispatch time is how long it takes us to prepare your order before it leaves our premises.
- High-volume periods may add a short delay.
- Multi-item orders ship together where possible.
- We may contact you if address details need confirmation.
Delivery times (after dispatch)
Delivery time depends on your location and courier route. As a general guide:

Note: Delivery time starts once the parcel is dispatched and scanned into the courier network.
Flat-rate shipping
We use a flat-rate shipping fee to keep checkout simple and predictable. The flat rate covers secure packaging, courier delivery, and tracking.
- If an order is unusually large/bulky, we’ll contact you if special handling is required.
- Please ensure a valid contact number is provided for courier delivery updates.
Tracking & delivery updates
Tracking details are sent once your order has been collected by the courier. Tracking becomes active after the first courier scan. If you haven’t received tracking within 2 working days of placing your order, please contact us.
Delivery address tips (avoid delays)
- Use a complete street address (including suburb and postal code).
- Add estate/complex names and access instructions where relevant.
- Provide a contact number so the courier can reach you if needed.
Damages or missing items
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please take photos of the outer packaging and the product and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number.
